I loved Kimberly’s idea…she had the ladies in her wedding party sign her shoes. That way, those she loved were walking down the aisle with her that day. I fully admit to tearing up when I saw her daddy see her for the first time. She is such a daddy’s girl…and that makes my heart smile!Kimberly, you just radiated beauty during the whole day!!Josh, big points for the fist pump! 🙂 These girls knew how to work it for the camera! Loooooovveee!!!!
Kimberly & Josh, I am beyond honored to have been a part of your day! The two of you kept me smiling all day long. I’m so excited for what your future may hold!

First Dance: Everything by Michael Buble
How did the two of you meet?
We met in kindergarten 🙂 We have gone to school together forever
How did he propose, and why did you say yes?
He took me on a walk through the park to an exclusive plateau. He recited a poem that he had written and memorized especially for me. At the end of the poem he got on one knee and asked me to marry him. I said yes because he is the love of my life. I know that throughout our life together we will encourage each other and work together to further the Kingdom.
Favorite memory from wedding day:
Josh does not show emotion very often, but the minute I started walking down the aisle I could see the smile on his face (which I expected). And then the tears came. The moment that I
saw him cry while I was walking down the aisle is something I will never forget.
Favorite detail from my wedding:
We had a picture of Josh’s grandma on a table near his row of family at the front of the sanctuary. During the ceremony we presented our mothers with flowers, and Josh placed a flower on the table at his grandma’s picture.
Something old, new, borrowed, blue:
Something old was a handkerchief from my grandma that both of sisters have worn in their dress. Something new was my wedding dress:) My something borrowed was all of the bobby pins used to do my hair. My best friend’s sister provided all of them for my hair to look perfect. Something blue was a hand stitched handkerchief that my aunt made for me.
Advice to future brides and grooms: Remember to thank all of the people involved, whether they helped light candles or did your hair, they make your day run smoothly. Also, make sure you communicate with each other. This is your day, make it the best for the two of you. At the end of the day, you are married! Enjoy it! This is the best day of your life:)
Would you change anything about the wedding: If I could do it again, I would move the ceremony up. Our wedding started at 3pm and I would have it at 1:30pm. This would allow more time for pictures and less rush to be at the reception to start dinner.
