A couple of years ago I was photographing this beautiful family & at the time, I was only photographing weddings and a few family mini sessions. Jessica was talking to me during the session & asked if I was going to start photographing newborns again. I told her I really wasn’t sure. It was an idea in the back of my head but I was so busy with weddings I wasn’t sure if I could make it work. But, that conversation kept sticking with me. And, it took a couple of years to start carving space into my schedule in order to accommodate newborns again. I have since opened up a newborn studio in downtown Champaign & I now offer lifestyle newborn sessions in homes. Jessica, I’m so thankful for your encouragement that day & how it has started me down a path that I am so incredibly excited to see how this all goes. I love getting to snuggle with sweet little ones, I adore watching their siblings love on their new little one, and most of all…there’s something truly amazing about watching a parent cuddle with their newborn. It *almost* makes me want another. almost. Instead, I’m looking forward to getting in lots of snuggle time with newborns this year!
Miss Wren…you are absolutely precious & you are going to be spoiled rotten by those big brothers! You have the world’s sweetest parents & I can’t wait to watch you grow! Jessica & Michael, thank you for allowing me to capture this time for you!
