Will & Jessica attend our church & I was so thrilled when they asked me to take their wedding photos! Will is also a photographer & I love getting to talk about photography with him! The wedding day was really cloudy & we were hoping for no rain. I met the girls at the beauty salon in the morning & then we all headed over to the church. About 10 minutes before the wedding started, the back ripped out of her sister’s dress. My friend and I scrambled around the church trying to come up with some way to “fix” the dress before she headed down the aisle. We were MacGyver & Teran used binder clips to fasten the back of the dress together & I found a sweater for her to wear over her dress. Nothing like some quick improvisations! The wedding went well & when it was time to head downtown it started to rain. My husband Tyler went downtown with me, Will, and Jessica and was my reflector holder. (and, the reflector also doubled as an umbrella for the bride! LOL!) I’m so glad we went downtown…the pictures turned out great!
