Lisa & Garren were married on July 2nd in Bloomington, IL.
They have such a sweet story of how they met. Lisa’s parents met when Lisa’s father was stationed in S. Korea & he met Lisa’s mom while he was stationed there. She left her home country and moved to America with him. After school, Lisa lived in Seoul for awhile and spent time teaching English. Garren was stationed in Korea & the two of them met each other while they were both living in Korea. I love it that both couples found the one to spend the rest of their lives with in Korea! (of course, I have a huge love for Korea!! Can’t wait for my trip there in February to pick up Madden!)
One of my favorite photos from the day is a photo of Lisa & Garren that says “Home is where the Army sends us.” I love it that no matter where they are, home is anywhere that they can just be together!

Funniest memory from your wedding day? Watching people in the photobooth.
What was your favorite detail from your wedding day? The candy bar. It was just an excellent explanation of Garren and I’s personality.
Any advice you would give to future brides and grooms? Don’t forget why you are planning the event. Take your time and remember it’s YOUR day!
Would you change anything if you did it all over again? I’d probably do a beach wedding : )
Where did you go on your honeymoon? TBD. we are thinking Italy or some beach resort somewhere.
